Carluccio’s
The tasty salads at Carluccio’s are anything but boring
While Carluccio’s might be best known for their hearty Italian food, like creamy risottos, plates of pasta and pizzas, steer clear of the tempting carbs and opt for one of their delicious veggie-packed salads instead.
We love the Superfood Salad, which comes mixed with chargrilled broccoli, kale, chickpeas, quinoa and chilli, topped off with toasted walnuts, sliced avocado and feta – that’s a lot of nutrition packed into one bowl!
In addition, there are many more healthy options to order from the restaurant’s unique vegan and gluten-free menus.

Zafran
Eat all the colours of the rainbow at Zafran in Dubai
Loved by many thanks to its contemporary spin on classic Indian cuisine, Zafran is one of our go-to eateries for super fresh salads. Here you will find quinoa and citrus salads, plates of protein-rich feta crumbled over the baby rocket and warming veggie and seafood soups.
If you are already over the salads and fancy something different, try other light options such as the corn and spinach kebabs or stewed lentils tempered with onion, tomato, cumin and fresh coriander.

SushiArt
Try one of the new summer poke bowls from SushiArt – available for a limited time only!
We can remember back when there was just a small handful of sushi joints in the United Arab Emirates. Fast forward to the current foodie landscape, and there are now tones of places to satisfy your spicy tuna roll cravings.
SushiArt is hands down one of our favourite spots in the city, and not just because the dishes arrive looking like a carefully curated Instagram shot, but due to its sprawling menu and emphasis on fresh-as-you-get ingredients.
The restaurant recently launched three ultra-healthy summer poke bowls – pick from salmon, beef or sea bream.
