STEP 1
Approach Customer Service desk

STEP 2
Give your contact details and present an Emirates ID or 500 AED cash as a deposit

STEP 3
Make sure that the cable wire is match on your mobile charger port before leaving the counter

Step 4
Wait for the SMS confirmation and download your receipt to present at the time of returning the power bank

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Power Bank service will be available during City Centre Mirdif (the ‘Mall’) trading hours. 
If not return on the same day, daily charges of AED 50 will apply
In case of any loss or damage, charges of AED 500 will apply
If the Customer Service Desk has closed at the time of your return, your Cash/ID may be collected from the Mall Control Room/Security Office, through contacting any of our Security personnel available 24/7, or you may also call 04 602 3097/04 602 3099.
