PAUL’s long history dates back to 1889 when the first bakery opened in Lille in Northern France. Family-run until the present day, the passion of the holder family for preserving and respecting French heritage is obvious everywhere. Bread is baked up to four times a day to ensure constant freshness and quality, with the flour used being farmed and milled especially for PAUL. The food offered reflects traditional recipes and is prepared on the premises, enabling customers to enjoy healthy and home-cooked food.
